Bottle blowing process description

Preform → Heating → Transfer tray into mold → Stretch pre-blow → Blow bottle → Exhaust → Finished bottle

1 preform: provided by the injection machine

2 Heating: The preform is heated by a lamp and divided into 14 heating zones. 9 lamps for each heating zone (use the number of lamps according to the height of the preform). The first seven heating zones are penetrating furnaces and the last seven are distribution furnaces.

3 turntable into the mold: mold temperature is generally about 65 °C, mold temperature by the water temperature machine heated to about 65 °C into the mold, the mold heating.

4 Stretch pre-blow: Stretching and pre-blowing are performed simultaneously in two steps. Stretching mainly depends on the stretching rod to pull the preform to a certain extent. Pre-blowing is to pre-blown preforms with a low pressure of 8-13 bar.

5 Blowing: Bottles are blown at a high pressure of 36-40 bar.

6 Exhaust: Discharge high pressure gas from the mold.
